Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Cost of Shipping: We have integrated with the largest logistic company, to provide real-time shipping charges based on your Pin code. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have slightly higher shipping charges.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link for your order. Alternatively, you can track your order at any time by entering your phone number and order number on our tracking page.

Damages: While we strive for a secure and seamless delivery experience, we may not assume full responsibility. In the event of receiving a damaged Gajak Packet, please understand that Gajak sweet is pure perishable & softness items which might break during the shipping of the product. We always make sure to have smooth delivery but we are not solo responsible for any damage in the Gajak’s box. Hope you understand and take it in positive transparent way.
