Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment Processing Time: All orders placed on our website are processed within 24 hours. Shipments are usually dispatched on the same day or the next day, contingent upon stock availability.

Days of Operation: Orders are shipped and delivered every day of the week.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Cost of Shipping: We have integrated with the largest logistic company, ShipRocket, to provide real-time shipping charges based on your Pin code. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have slightly higher shipping charges.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link for your order. Alternatively, you can track your order at any time by entering your phone number and order number on our tracking page.

Damages: While we strive for a secure and seamless delivery experience, we may not assume full responsibility. In the event of receiving a damaged Gajak Packet, please take a picture and notify us via WhatsApp. We will make efforts to manage and send a replacement.

International Shipping Policy:

Placement of Orders: International orders can be placed upon request. Please drop us a message on WhatsApp, and we will inform you about the feasibility of sending your order internationally.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for international orders will be communicated upon request.
